FTP Commander Set Up Instructions To Access This Site

Install FTP Commander by executing ftpcommander.exe.
After the installation has completed FTP Commander will automatically run.
Click on the icon for "New Server"
A window will pop up.

Fill in:
Name with Philatelics.org
FTP Sever with Philatelics.org
User ID with anonymous
Password with your E-mail address or, if you prefer, gibberish

Click on the icon for "Save".
The window should close.

Now, when you double click on the entry under FTP Servers for Philatelics.org, 
you should connect to the server and be able to upload and download files as 
you wish.
