Allan joined the IPDA in 2008 and became a diector and secretary in 2009 Allan is a founding member and direcor of PhilaPro. I joined the IPDA in 2008 shortly after I started selling my duplicate items via ebay as well as on my own site. My introduction to the IPDA came via the live chat (link on the main page) when members and directors suggested joining. Soon after I created a new chat application that is gaining in use Following discussions with other people involved in the hobby, it was decided that more should be offered, not only to dealers, but also to collectors, and thus PhilaPro was started with a small user base. My collecting intrests cover mainly GB from the pre-stamp period, through Queen Victoria to the end of the reign of King George VI. I also get into a few sideline areas such as Post Office Training Schools, Canada, South Africa and India, mainly covering the same periods as for the GB. The items I have for sale, both on eBay and my own site, are duplicated items from my own collection or extra items that have been brought as parts of collections, and these are offered at what I hope are fair prices.
