At PhilaPro we also offer a certificate of opinion on philatelic items ....
Although other sources offer this service, we differ in that we apply a standard price struture.
- We will not charge you extra if the item has a higher catalogue value
- We will not make the fees a percentage of value
- We do not charge extra for larger items such as parcel pieces
- We will not base the fee on our opinion of the market value if its not listed
So what do we do?
- We charge a set fee plus VAT
- We charge for return postage and you decide what service and level of cover you require
- We list all our certificates on line so that they can be verified
Please take a look at some of the items we have placed certificates on then if you would like to submit an item send us an email with the details and we will let you know if we are able to give an opinion on the item. ifte item is likely to be return without an opinion given we will let you know, thus saving you postage and fees.
