      Philatelic Web, Philatelics.Org and PhilaPro provides this web chat site (THE "SITE") to you the user subject to the following terms and conditions (These "Site Terms"). Read these site terms carefully. By accessing or using this site you unconditionally agree to all the terms and conditions. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS WEB SITE.

  1. Limitation on Liability

    In no event will Philatelic Web, Philatelics.org or PhilaPro, (hereafter refered to as the provider), be liable to any part for any direct, indirect, special or consequential damages for any use of this Site, or on any other hyperlinked web site, including, without limitation, any lost profits, business interruption, even if the provider is expressly advised of the possibility of such damages.

    You understand and agree that the Site is provided "AS-IS" without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied and that the provider assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion or failure to store any user communications or information.

  2. User Conduct

    The Site may contain or link to discussion forums, and User Generated Areas, bulletin boards, schedules, image sharing or any other information sharing areas in which you or third parties may post content, messages, images, digital files or other items on the Site ("User Generated Areas").

    If the provider makes avaliable such User Generated Areas, you are solely responsible for your use of such User Generated Areas and use them at your own risk. All content of these User Generated Areas is the sole responsibility of the person whom the content originated. This means that you are entirely responsible for all information that you upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available via the Site.

    The provider does not control the content posted via the Site and, as such, does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such content.

    The provider has no obligation to monitory, screen or edit any of the Content posted to or distributed through any User Generated Area.

    The provider has the right to remove, screen or edit without notice any Content posted or stored on the Site at any time and for any reason.

    You understand that by using the Site, you may be exposed to User Generated Areas and content that is incorrect, unlawful, offensive, indecent or objectionable. When ever this is noticed or reported, this content will be removed ASAP and in the case of the chat area, the user will be kicked and banned. By using any User Generated Areas, you expressly agree not to post, upload to, transmit, distribute, store, create or otherwise publish through the Site any of the following:

    • Any message, data, information, text, photos, graphics, images or other material ("Content") that is defamatory, harassing actions, obscene, harmful, invasion of a users privacy, threatening, unlawful, infringing, abusive, inflammatory, divisive, fraudulent or ethnically offensive

    • Content that, in the discretion of the provider is objectionable or which restricts or inhibits any other person from using or enjoying the User Generated Areas or the Site, or which may expose the provider or its users to liability or damage of any type.

    • Private information of any third party, including, without limitation any personal information;

    • Content that may infringe any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other intellectual or proprietary right of any party;

    • Content that impersonates any entity, business or person or otherwise misrepresents your affiliation with a person or entity, business;

    • Viruses, corrupted data or other harmful, disruptive or destructive files;

    • Content that is unrelated to the topic of the User Generated Areas in which such Content is posted;

    • Solicit personal information from anyone under 18 or solicit passwords or personally identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes;

      And that you will not do any of the following while using or accessing the Site:

    • Circumvent any technological measure protecting the Site;

    • Use automated scripts to collect information from the Site;

    • Use automated scripts to post information to the Site;

    • Provide links to external websites or destinations which do not exist;

    • Collect or store personal data about other users without their express permission;

  3. Age Requirements

    Users of the Services must be at least 13 years of age. Children under the age of 13 are not permitted to use the Site.

    This is to comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998, liveHarmony, (our service provider), will not accept registrations from users under the age of thirteen and under the same act we are unable to accept users on the site under this age.

  4. Advertisements and Promotions

    The providers will not run promotions and advertisements from third or other parties on the Site. Links to content on the pages are all PhilaPro related, chat related or general philatelic information.

  5. Copyright Complaints

    If you believe that any material on the Site infringes upon any copyright which you own or control or are aware of , please send a written notification of such infringement to the webmaster.

  6. Member Password Security

    You may register a password with your user name. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account.

  7. Repeat Infringment Policy

    In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") and other applicable law, the provider has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at the providers sole discretion, subscribers or account holders who are deemed to be repeat infringers. The provider also at its sole discretion limit access to the Site and kick or kick and ban any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
