Members Night

Instructional Marks

On the 7th February 2007 the meeting at the Shropshire Philatelic society was for members to each put up a few pages on 'Instructional Marks'. At the meeting before, the president had requested members to define this term and a few comments such as 'By Air Mail' or 'First Class' were offered, and it was these comments that got me thinking.

A stamp colector thinking along these lines can lead to some wierd ideas, and so I must state that the pages presented here, that were shown on the 7th February, were put together just for fun, a tounge-in-cheek view of what is covered by this term.

The following 9 pages will not remain intact, rather the items will be placed into other sections of the collection, hopefully, in a better context for what they are. This 9 page display is just for fun Click on one of the pages to view a larger image.
